High Oleic Sunflower Oil is a 100% pure vegetable oil. This oil is made from sunflower seeds enhanced by natural cross-pollination. The oil contains monounsaturated fatty acids and can therefore withstand high temperatures. That is why this High Oleic sunflower oil is very suitable for frying while keeping the amount of saturated fatty acids low. The High Oleic Sunflower Oil is rich in omega 9 and actively lowers bad cholesterol. This High Oleic Sunflower oil is suitable for the preparation of fries, snacks, woks, donuts, and as a basis for a cold dressing. Available in a bag in boxes of 15L.
