Deep frying gold is a compound oil that, after various baking tests, scores very high on taste, heat resistance, and baking aroma. It is a responsible oil because it contains no palm oil or GMO soy oil and scores well when it comes to health. The higher the percentage of polyunsaturated fatty acids, the healthier the oil. Frying gold contains 48% polyunsaturated and 41% monounsaturated fatty acids. Due to its composition of High Oleic Sunflower Oil, frying gold lasts longer and therefore needs to be replaced less often! Available in a bag in a box of 15L.
